Kat Creech, owner of Kat Creech Events, is an award winning event planner who’s offered logistical services to non-profit initiatives across the nation. While trying to assist a couple who postponed their wedding in the wake of Harvey. Kat saw there were limited options for immediate assistance. This idea ignited Recovery Houston, a volunteer grassroots movement providing mold remediation and demolition services to Houstonians. Kat and Co have mucked/demoed 200+ homes throughout the Greater Houston Area already. When she’s not organizing events, or teams of sledgehammer she enjoys time with her family and traveling.
Mold Remediation & Demolition Director (Texas-Wide)
Chris King was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. He attended Episcopal High School and Louisiana State University, graduating with a degree in business management. Chris lives in Prairieville, Louisiana and has been married to Amy King for 21 years. Chris and Amy have two daughters: Hayley and Mallory. Hayley is a junior at Louisiana State University and Mallory is a senior at Episcopal High School in Baton Rouge.
Chris is senior partner and CFO at Next Level Solutions, LLC and President / CEO / Co-Founder of The Cajun Army, Inc. The Cajun Army is a 501C3 organization founded days after the Great Flood of 2016. Using volunteer labor, the group works to gut homes and provide support to those affected by flooding.
Outside of his professional and home life, Chris is actively involved in First United Methodist Church, Kairos Prison Ministry and is a member of The America Street Band.

Tech Humanitarian and builder. Danny, the owner of HammerWorks Construction in Boston Ma has worked on many high profile projects in recent years including the founding of ‘Occupy Sandy‘ a grassroots disaster relief organization that led relief ops during Superstorm Sandy and the Detroit Water Brigade which provided mass relief and bill amnesty to Detroiters who went without water during (the ongoing) Detroit Water crisis. Danny has spent past years honing code and graphic skills with the aim of bringing humanitarian initiatives to life around the world. Danny has worked with the homeless community here in the US, police whistleblowers in different nations and disaster victims abroad. Danny sits on multiple disaster related non-profit boards around the nation and is the principal director @ ‘Harvey Relief’. When Danny’s not building something physical or technical he likes to spend time in nature, preferably by an ocean, mountain or lake. Building ‘community’ is one of his biggest passions in life.
